Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Contact@503DesignLab.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
